It's been awhile since I posted my first swatch of Femme Fatale Cosmetics, so I have another one for you today. A Frosty Shake has a variety of white, silver and green glitter in a clear base, best for layering. Below I have one coat of A Frosty Shake over piCture pOlish Marine, with top coat as usual.
It's look like dragon scales. Pretty. :3
