Hello everyone! Today I have for you Cirque Fleur est Belle, which is exclusively sold on meimeisignatures.com, a Singapore-based stockist .
Fleur est Belle is beautifully made, with gold, white and pink glitter in a pink/coral jelly base. On macro level, you can also find gold flakies in it. It is exceptionally complex and you will have to see for yourself how many different types of glitters are mixed into it. First I have it worn alone, 3 coats.
Next I tried layering it over Dior Rosy Bow.
Then worn over OPI Pedal Faster Suzi.
I have no particular issue with its formula. The larger glitter tends to sink to the bottom but turning the bottle upside down for a few minutes before application will solve the problem. It does not require much fishing of glitter either.
I find the apricot tone in the jelly base doesn't quite agree with my skin tone, making my skin looks kind of muddy. So I prefer wearing it with a base color, though I really appreciate the depth created when wearing it alone. Torn!!!
I love Fleur est Belle for being such a complex and gorgeous polish. It is now available on Meimeisignatures who ships internationally! (It's been sold out a short time after its initial release on 1 Jan 2013 but back in stock now. So hurry up if you don't want to miss it!)

What a lovely polish!
ReplyDeleteAnd for once I have to disagree with you, in my opinion, the best swatch is the one that shows the polish by itself, and to my eye this suits your skin tone perfectly!
Nice. Have you tried it on some green base?
ReplyDeleteНапишу по-русски, дабы выделиться из толпы )))
ReplyDeleteЛак очень красивый! Нежный, и в то же время выразительный!
Больше понравился в сольном исполнении - смотрится очень воздушно..
Ugh, I love this polish. I think it's my #1 lemming right now!
ReplyDeleteThis polish is so beautiful, I love the depth to it :)
ReplyDeleteI really love this polish and just reviewed it on my blog. I think it looks great on its own, I don't see the issue of it not agreeing with your skin tone. But maybe wearing two coats of Fleur est Belle over a base colour, so you get a bit of depth but also the benefit of a base colour. I guess you would just have to choose a base colour that is almost a one-coater and not streaky. :/
ReplyDeleteI love it more layered, what a unique polish!
ReplyDeleteOh, my kingdom for some Cirque polishes :( beautiful shots
ReplyDeleteHoly crap that is beautiful. Wah. Now I want it.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteThis is really pretty!
ReplyDeleteJust perfect!!! I like all of your combinations as well as on its own, so I would have a hard time deciding ;-)!!!
ReplyDeleteI saw this a few weeks back on another blog and it blew me away but your photos really kill it! Gads it's gorg! I like it both ways - alone and over Peddle Faster Suzi. I am just starting to embrase the more pale shades that hit hard right after holiday but I was not feeling OK about pastels in middle of winter. Yet if I buy the spring shades now when they are out and don't wear them right off, I find I really don't tend to wear them if they are pastels - it's pouf...on to summer and I am into the brighter shades. But this yr I am going to push myself into wearing and loving a lot of shades in my stash and not always sticking to the season. It's another yr hot in color - but I keep seeing accessories are going to be soft and dusty pastels with a lot of black and white. Summer I figure the greens will hit hard in all tones to catch up with the Panatone announcement of Emerald.
