Gradient mani is SO HOT right now. You can see everyone is sporting a gradient mani of some sort here and there. How could I not jump on the bandwagon?!
Earlier on, I have my first taste on this form of nail art using A-England Dragon & St George to create a deep forest green gradient (post here). This time I tried something really bright and vibrant!!

I used Nails Inc neon shade in Notting Hill Gate as the base color, then used a kitchen sponge to achieve the gradient effect. The nameless orange neon polish is part of a Color Club set I got from TK Maxx earlier. For a detailed tutorial on doing this type of gradient mani, you can head over to The Nailasaurus. Sammy is really talented!
Below are two pics of Nails Inc Notting Hill Gate alone. It's quite sheer and I applied 3 coats to get a more saturated finish. Notting Hill Gate is marketed as a neon shade but frankly, I don't see neon in it. It's definitely not that kind of bright neon that glows in your face. Nevertheless, it's a very bright and vivid pink perfect-for-summer polish.

Very, I'm loving all these bright colors
