Mavala Blue Mint is light pastel blue with a hardly noticeable shimmer, but it's there. This shade is slightly more streaky compared to its sibling Frozen Berry, so two coats are needed.
Topped with a layer of Deborah Lippmann Glitter In The Air.
I think you must have come across tons of swatches of Glitter In The Air already, especially with the hype about Revlon Whimsical. But this is the first time I tried it. The combination of pink and blue glitters was just fabulous but I found the glitters were much less dense than I thought. So a dotting tool was needed to place the glitter and moved them round a bit.

I love blues like this. I don't love how streaky they tend to be though! Your close up shots are great, how do you do that? I am the world's worst photographer!
ReplyDeleteWow, this is very pretty. I've never noticed it in the Mavala display before - then again, I'm not sure my local display has half the colors available!
ReplyDeleteLooks beautiful! I think I am going to have to break down and buy Whimsical!
ReplyDeleteVery cute blue!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I have Whimsical but this original is a beauty.
ReplyDeleteSoooo pretty, this is one of my most favourite combinations :) Can't wait to get my hands on Revlon Whimsical, waiting for it to be released where I am!
ReplyDeleteI like the colour by itself, and it looks even more beautiful with those glitters on top!
ReplyDeletePerfect combination! I have the Blue Mint and I think it's a very pretty color.
